Pick up a dry brush at you local tore store. Make sure to get a brush made with natural, not synthetic, and pick one that is fairly stiff. The best time to dry brush is first thing in the morning, before you shower, but you can also do it before bed.

  5. Always skin brush upwards – except abdomen

  7. Do circular anti-clockwise strokes over the abdomen
  8. Do lighter strokes over and around the breasts, but do not brush the nipples
